Constructability Solutions

The project involved turning a single-storey warehouse into a two-storey facility by building a mezzanine which required a coordinated effort. The Mechanical and Electrical systems had to be rerouted to avoid reducing already-limited headroom throughout the facility. Lundy expended extensive energy on the project coordinating the subtrade efforts to successfully perform this difficult task.
