Green Energy Performance Contracting (GEPC)
In 2008, Lundy Construction introduced Green Energy Performance Contracting (GEPC) into the building rejuvenation market. GEPC allows a client to leverage money saved on energy and operating costs to pay for sustainable building improvements with guaranteed energy savings. This enables the removal of the initial cost from the owner’s capital improvement budget so that it can be transferred to the operating expense budget; this is where it would be paid by the resulting energy savings.
In essence, GEPC allows owners to upgrade their aging infrastructure, generate energy and operational savings, integrate sustainable design elements, reduce maintenance costs, provide cost certainty, and improve the environment for all occupants.

Lundy Website Client Extranet
To ensure greater customer intimacy and service excellence, Lundy Construction has created a client extranet site accessed through our website. Through the Lundy Client Extranet, Lundy Construction distributes current and archived project information to our clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers in a straightforward and easy to use secure environment. The Lundy Client Extranet enhances and reduces time lag in communications between Lundy Construction and our partners and clients. The extranet is accessed through a link from the Lundy Construction public website and requires a username and password in order to access the content. Where appropriate, the site also supports two-way communication to increase the overall quality of information flow during the course of a project, (electronic or otherwise).
