As the firm's CEO, Sean Lundy brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of construction, corporate development and business development. He has practised sustainable building throughout his career as a way to ensure that energy consumption, building operational costs and impact on the environment are minimized, all while protecting occupant health.
As CEO, Sean creates the environment for the team to successfully meet the customer’s expectations and is the primary contact for the customer on all contractual and company level issues.

 Gina Courtland, P.Eng., LEED AP - VP Construction Operations
Gina is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She is well known and respected as a person who delivers on her commitments. Gina has been responsible for the successful completion of many high profile projects as Project Manager and is the Director of Design Build teams.
As the Vice President of Construction, and the Director of Design Build, Gina has responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day execution of construction projects. She is a key contributor to the firm’s business development initiatives and strategic directives. Gina is dedicated to protecting the environment and believes that sustainable building is among the most effective ways to deliver exceptional short and long-term value to the building owner.

 Don Anderson, LEED AP - VP Business Development
Don has a proven track record as a global business leader – with 30 years of contracting experience and expertise in creating customer-focused businesses. He leads the company's market development initiatives and assists in ensuring all of our customers’ needs are being met.
Don is a Board member of the Ottawa Region Chapter, Canadian Green Building Council. A Board member and Chair of the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce Environmental Committee.
