Under Construction.
Phase I of the Islamic Center Project, to be built at 1216 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa, Ontario, consists of a large Mosque that could accommodate around 1500 worshipers, including:
- A main floor for men
- Half a floor for the women and children
- A Basement with washrooms, library, meeting room, and office
This phase of construction is anticipated to take place between June 2009 and March 2010.In order to maximize progress, it is anticipated that the project will be fast-tracked.
