Lundy Selected as Builders of Ottawa's Latest, Hi-Tech Community Center Facility
The City of Ottawa's pride in its communities outside the downtown core has shown through once again with the construction of the Bridlewood Community Centre.
The 14,000-sqft building, designed by Mill & Ross Architects, effectively met the challenge of what every City wants for its community centres: A building of unique design, aesthetically pleasing, built with high quality materials and systems - all within a fiscally responsible budget.
The community centre features a circular entry of timber, glass, and natural aluminum panels. The core of the structure is divided between a dividable gymnasium, servery, meeting rooms, and change facilities.
