The Irish Ambassador's Official Residence sits on 0.8 acres in Ottawa's upscale Rockcliffe Park neighborhood. The four-storey mansion was renovated and expanded to 24,000 sq ft. during a 15-month construction project completed in 2009.
The original heritage house has been structurally upgraded to current seismic standards and two new wings added, including a dining, living room and an upstairs suite with bathroom for the privacy of the ambassador and his wife.
