This exterior upgrade project at the Ogilvie Square retail plaza included window removal and replacement, parapets, and metal siding, as well as the addition of an EIFS exterior cladding system.
The plaza was 75% occupied during construction, requiring Lundy to make efficient use of the site, mitigating any negative effect that construction may have had on the building’s tenants.
