As President and CEO of M.P. Lundy Construction, Sean is passionate about creating high-functioning construction teams and developing the key processes necessary to continuously improve the client experience. Having joined the firm in 1990 and assumed the role of CEO in 2003, Sean has led the company through remarkable change and sustained growth, ultimately growing the firm 5-fold since 2003.

His expertise as a master communicator is invaluable to the company and he is always ready to help a perspective client understand why working with Lundy feels different, delivering both peace of mind and phenomenal results. He is a dedicated mentor to his team, and makes it his personal mission to help every employee achieve their highest potential.

When he’s not working closely with his team to find and solve project issues, Sean plays guitar in a rock band with friends, covering hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.

As a graduate of Carleton University and a CPA/CA with over 20 years’ experience in finance and accounting, Chris brings a great deal to the table.  After articling with Welch LLP, Chris gained valuable experience in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, tech, and HVAC.

His solid business judgment, nimble adaptability, and strategic approach makes for an incredibly effective skill set.

Little-known facts about Chris: he holds a black belt in Karate and is an avid home brewer.

With over 25 years of construction industry experience, Jeff knows what it takes to build and develop teams that consistently deliver phenomenal results for our clients.

With a wide-ranging track record of successfully delivering mid- to large-scale commercial construction projects, Jeff utilizes his hands on experience to effectively lead our construction teams, where critical completion dates and a tight grip on project budgets are paramount.

Jeff embodies Lundy’s Relationships Over Bricks philosophy with his energy, focus, and care for our clients. Our clients quickly gain trust and confidence in Jeff and his teams.

As Vice President of Construction at Lundy, Jeff ensures the smooth operation of all construction projects, while guaranteeing that every team member is focussed on delivering the best construction experience for our clients.

When Jeff isn’t overseeing operations at Lundy, he’s serving his community as a volunteer firefighter with the Mississippi Mills Pakenham fire department. Jeff also takes on the ultimate test of strength and endurance each year by competing in the FireFit Challenge—known as “the toughest two minutes in sport”.

A graduate of Limerick IT in Ireland, Eoghan moved to Canada in 2009 and has accumulated over 15 years of surveying and estimating experience in Ottawa, Toronto, Edmonton, and the U.S.

With experience on the owner’s side as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), Eoghan brings a deep and balanced perspective to commercial construction project requirements.

As Chief Estimator at Lundy, Eoghan is responsible for the Lundy Estimating Department, overseeing the budgeting and procurement of lump sum, design/build, and construction management projects.

In his spare time, Eoghan enjoys all things aviation and is currently pursuing his private pilot license.
