As President and CEO of M.P. Lundy Construction, Sean is passionate about creating high-functioning construction teams and developing the key processes necessary to continuously improve the client experience. Having joined the firm in 1990 and assumed the role of CEO in 2003, Sean has led the company through remarkable change and sustained growth, ultimately growing the firm 5-fold since 2003.
His expertise as a master communicator is invaluable to the company and he is always ready to help a perspective client understand why working with Lundy feels different, delivering both peace of mind and phenomenal results. He is a dedicated mentor to his team, and makes it his personal mission to help every employee achieve their highest potential.

As a graduate of Carleton University and a CPA/CA with over 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting, Chris brings a great deal to the table. After articling with Welch LLP, Chris gained valuable experience in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, tech, and HVAC.
As VP of Finance & Corporate Services, Chris is responsible for all finance, human resources, and IT areas of the company. When combined, his solid business judgement, nimble adaptability, and strategic approach makes for an incredibly effective skill set.
With over twenty years of construction industry experience, Jeff is keenly aware of what it takes to grow and develop teams – all while delivering phenomenal results for our clients. Specializing in mid to large-scale commercial construction projects, Jeff has a proven track record of doing what it takes to hit critical completion dates while keeping a tight grip on project budgets. Jeff’s unfailing contribution to every assignment is his positive energy and focus. Reinforcing Lundy’s “relationships first” approach, Jeff gains the confidence and trust of our valued project stakeholders by demonstrating how much he cares. As Vice President of Construction at Lundy, Jeff is tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of all our projects, while ensuring that every team member is focused on delivering the best possible construction experience for our clients.
A graduate of Limerick IT in Ireland, Eoghan moved to Canada in 2009 and has since gained 10 years’ of quantity surveying and estimating experience on projects in Ottawa, Toronto and Edmonton, as well as in the United States. As someone who has previously sat on the Owner’s side as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), and now with a reputable Contractor, Eoghan has a rounded understanding of construction. As Senior Estimator for MP Lundy, Eoghan is responsible for the Estimating Department in the company which oversees the budgeting and procurement of Lump Sum, Design Build and Construction Management projects.
