Lundy greatly values the confidence of our returning clients and Trinity Developments is certainly no exception (Lundy built out there beautiful Ottawa offices). In this case, Lundy was called upon to build a number of commercial retail buildings in Barrhaven. In all, over 60,000sqft of new base building space at this location was constructed.
While these kinds of shell buildings were not complex in nature, they were certainly fast tracked. As leases were signed, aggressive move-in dates were set. In addition, Lundy made real time adjustments to the work underway to accommodate the specific individual needs of the tenants.
