Lundy Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for this exciting renovation and addition at 230 Herzberg Road, Kanata, Ontario. The project involved the complete transformation of an existing nondescript, warehouse style building, creating a visually impressive technical services center and office facility for SSI Micro, based out of Yellowknife, NWT. The work included the addition of 3,700sqft of new structural mezzanines and a 1,600sqft addition to the front of the building. In addition, the exterior envelope was reconstructed, new M&E systems installed, and dramatic interior finishes created. The Ottawa home of Northern Canada’s most innovative company is a physical representation of the firm’s care and commitment to its staff and its customers.
