Sean Lundy

President and CEO, LEED AP

As President and CEO of M.P. Lundy Construction, Sean is passionate about creating high-functioning construction teams and developing the key processes necessary to continuously improve the client experience. Having joined the firm in 1990 and assuming the role of CEO in 2003, Sean has led the company through remarkable change and sustained growth, ultimately growing the firm 5-fold since 2003.

His expertise as a master communicator is invaluable to the company and he is always ready to help a perspective client understand why working with Lundy feels different, delivering both peace of mind and phenomenal results. He is a dedicated mentor to his team, and makes it his personal mission to help every employee achieve their highest potential.

Sean is a proud board member of the Ottawa Boys and Girls Club, as well as a co-founder and director of the Construction Leadership Network, a collective of North America’s top construction entrepreneurs, sharing ideas and best practices to improve the industry.

Gina Courtland

P.Eng., LEED AP – Vice President, Construction

As a Professional Engineer and LEED AP, with 30+ years’ experience in the construction industry, Gina is known for her unwavering ability to work through complex challenges and arrive at sound solutions.

In her position as VP, Construction, she plays a vital mentorship role to the operations team, guiding them to the successful execution of all Lundy projects, many of which are multi-million-dollar and multi-phased. Leading a diverse team of project leaders, Gina provides vision and direction that is strongly informed by her extensive industry experience.

Ensuring quality is a given in Gina’s daily work. But she’s quick to note that quality isn’t limited to the hard end product. “Quality is also a priority in how we build relationships, communicate, and the overall service we provide to our clients and partners,” she says. “It ultimately leads to predictable results that satisfy the project goals and vision.”

Chris Brisson

CPA/CA – VP, Finance & Corporate Services

As a graduate of Carleton University and a CPA/CA with over 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting, Chris brings a great deal to the table.  After articling with Welch LLP, Chris gained valuable experience in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, tech, and HVAC.

As VP of Finance & Corporate Services, Chris is responsible for all finance, human resources, and IT areas of the company. When combined, his solid business judgement, nimble adaptability, and strategic approach makes for an incredibly effective skill set.

Josh Gibson

Director, Development & Pre-Construction Services

As Director of Development for Lundy, Josh brings extensive experience that includes real estate appraisal and commercial development, project management and commercial construction. As a result of his varied career, he is familiar with virtually every facet of procurement – a skill that is invaluable to his role with Lundy.

Josh has a deep understanding of the construction process and the pain points that can come with it. “I’ve always enjoyed educating our clients and ultimately relieving their stress,” he says. Josh does his best to understand a client’s business and address their business needs in the construction environment.

In his time at Lundy, Josh has contributed significantly to revenue growth, as the company has expanded into new market sectors. His broad knowledge of the industry and passion for the development and construction process is appreciated greatly by his clients and Lundy alike.

Eoghan Flynn

Senior Estimator

A graduate of Limerick IT in Ireland, Eoghan moved to Canada in 2009 and has since gained 10 years’ of quantity surveying and estimating experience on projects in Ottawa, Toronto and Edmonton, as well as in the United States. As someone who has previously sat on the Owner’s side as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), and now with a reputable Contractor, Eoghan has a rounded understanding of construction. As Senior Estimator for MP Lundy, Eoghan is responsible for the Estimating Department in the company which oversees the budgeting and procurement of Lump Sum, Design Build and Construction Management projects.
