This Design-Build project for Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in Ottawa is a stand-alone, single story, 10,100ft² facility that houses the Veterinary Technician Program, which previously operated in temporary facilities both on- and off-campus.

The facility contains animal holding and treatment facilities, complete with a fully functioning surgery, dental care and grooming stations, classrooms, and faculty office spaces.

The facility can also house companion-animals, such as dogs, cats, and birds, as well as other, more exotic animals
