Hunt Club Honda
This 15,000ft² facility renovation project also included a new 15,500ft² addition. The sales and services departments remained operational throughout the construction process, requiring a health and safety focused project plan.
Lundy’s involvement began early in the design process. Extensive up-front planning and coordination allowed the main sales facility to stay open. The service department was relocated to nearby temporary facilities. We held numerous meetings with our client’s staff to develop relocation strategies and implement scheduling to provide for the safety of employees and customers alike.

Constructability Issues
- Ground-breaking was delayed by an extended permitting period. Lundy worked with the client to help them to understand and meet the permitting requirements and made alterations to the schedule to mitigate the delay wherever possible.
- A patch of contaminated soil was discovered at the rear of the site. Lundy oversaw the identification and removal of this health and safety risk, ensuring that the project could continue safely with minimal impact to the budget.
