This Design/Build project for Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology is a stand-alone, single story, 10,100ft² facility that houses the Veterinary Technician Program, which previously operated in temporary facilities both on- and off-campus.
This full service and training facility includes animal holding and treatment areas, operating rooms, dental care, grooming stations, classrooms, and faculty office spaces.
Lundy was chosen for this project largely due to our previous experience as design-builder for the Alta Vista Animal Hospital.
