This 32,000ft² retail plaza consists of two single-storey, approximately 16,000ft² buildings housing a total of 15 tenants. Lundy was brought onto the project as Construction Manager during the design phase, shifting to a lump sum contract at the outset of the construction phase.
The steel-frame base buildings will feature suites designed to accommodate each tenant’s specific needs and Lundy is currently in discussions to oversee a number of the tenant fit-ups.
The site was undeveloped and required all-new servicing from the surrounding residential areas. The project also included a 168-lot car park and site landscaping.

- The work site was located in the centre of a busy residential area. Lundy coordinated street cleaning services and appropriate sign posting to maintain health and safety for all persons on and around the site during construction. All work was planned to cause minimum disruption to transportation routes in the area.
