In 2021, MP Lundy had the pleasure to work with Ambassador Realty and Architects DCA on the core & shell construction of a 12,000 sq. ft. new-build on Lancaster Road. As the project reached its ‘base building’ stage, Schneider Electric Canada came on board as the building tenant, presenting the opportunity to overlap contracts and find cost efficiencies in the process.
This one storey building now consists of seamlessly interconnected, naturally lit spaces, a warehouse, mezzanine, open office space, and loading docks.
During construction, the Lundy team was especially vigilant with safety protocol, owing to the close proximity of neighbouring retail buildings and bustling daily pedestrian and vehicular traffic. To ensure other businesses were not affected by our construction activity, the Lundy team worked day to day with the other building tenants to coordinate material and equipment deliveries.
