Assured Auto’s new full service auto body repair building is located in Ottawa’s East End. This 12,000 square foot building incorporates the latest infra-red paint curing technology which significantly accelerates drying times, allowing Assured to shorten repair durations, return vehicles to owners quicker, and, in doing so, increase shop capacity.
The building was constructed using a Construction Management delivery model, giving the client full transparency on construction costs throughout all stages of design development, procurement, and on-site construction. As an additional cost management strategy, mechanical and electrical systems were carefully coordinated with the extensive Owner supplied equipment using our trade “design-assist” model.
