Lundy was selected as construction manager for CIMA+’s fast-tracked office fit-up based on our previous track record of successfully delivering within specific budget constraints and key timelines. The 12,500 sq. ft. high-end office fit up was phased to ensure sections of the space were ready to receive employees ahead of final completion. Lundy utilized our Visual Planning system to build and keep momentum on site, while ensuring the work of our trade partners was coordinated in the most efficient way possible.
