This fast-tracked, 40,000sqft renovation and fitup project came as a result of a major fire at 1870 Alta Vista Drive. MD PSI temporarily relocated their center of operations to another location in order to create room for the work. This strategy ensured that speed of delivery, as well as quality of workmanship, remained top priority for the project. In order to keep the project on schedule, Lundy developed a floor-by-floor phased timeline designed to maximize progress on all six levels of the building.
The offices and common areas were rebuilt to state-of-the-art standards and created new opportunities for MD PSI to retain their valued staff and recruit additional staff for their growing practice by moving towards a much more flexible work environment.
Upon completion, MD Physician Services obtained a LEED® Silver certification.
