One of the biggest Ottawa real estate stories of 2018 was Telesat’s decision to relocate their head office from Telesat Court to 160 Elgin Street in the downtown core. With the central goal to build state of the art office, and collaboration space, Lundy was brought into the project as soon as the new property was secured.
