This project involved the fitup of 75,000 sqft of office space on floors 2, 3, and 4 of 1625 Vanier Parkway. Throughout the project, our team maintained open communication with the client, ensuring their vision and requirements were met. Our process of visual planning and daily huddles for the site team ensured that our strategy for on time completion was clearly understood and committed to by our trade partners. The transformed office now provides a functional and inspiring work environment while minimizing its environmental impact.
