1. Align

We get to know each other. We talk about your project, timelines, budget, goals and priorities, constraints and challenges, and why you want to build.

You learn about our process, the Lundy team, and how we’ll work together. You have a clear understanding of what phenomenal success looks like on your unique project.

Our goal is to ensure you have 100% trust and confidence in us. We build with your best interests at the forefront.

2. Plan

This is when we get to work for you. We leave no stone unturned during the planning stage. This is our opportunity to uncover project efficiencies and risk mitigation strategies.

A successfully executed project is the result of systematic planning and logistics review, scheduling, research into material and equipment availability, labour force expertise, and weather analysis.

Core to this stage is reconfirming your high-level project objectives and weaving them into the project plan

At the end of this stage, you have your road map to success – a step-by-step plan for your project, including design team deliverables.

3. Procure

With our contractual agreement in place, it’s time to find and hire the best trades for your project.

Rely on our extensive experience with Ottawa-area trades to ensure you have the best team working for you at the most competitive price.

During the procurement stage, we’ll finalize a Class A budget, create cash flow reports, offer virtual tours of your new or refurbished building, and ensure everyone is focused, prepared, and excited to move forward with construction.

4. Execute

It’s time to make your dream a reality. Our planning efforts pay off as your project flows with orderly, consistent progress.

As part of our success path, we use a suite of project management, lean construction, and modelling tools – such as Visual Planning, virtual project models, drone imagery, and automated site capture technology – ensuring you get the most value for every construction dollar you spend.

You receive monthly project updates, including progress photos, links to virtual walk-throughs, narratives on schedule progress, project issues, and what steps are being taken to eliminate bottlenecks.

You always know what we know about your construction project.

5. Support

It’s time to get settled into your new spaces. We couldn’t be more excited for you and we are there to ensure the transition is smooth.

Even though construction is complete and your building is ready, know that we are still here and working for you.

You receive your digital O&M manual, we conduct your 11-month warranty review, and share our expert advice on how your building can evolve with your company.

Expect a few photos of the ribbon cutting and some conversations looking back on what got the team to this milestone of achievement.
